Recommendations for use:

Course for maintenance and prevention:

10 ml 3 times a day, 10 minutes before meals or 2 hours afterwards (on an empty stomach).

2 times 2 to 3 months per year, or 1 to 6 months depending on how much is needed and what the effects have been.

Continued use is possible with no toxicity or side effects. Hold in the mouth for two minutes before swallowing. Drink undiluted.

Intensive course:

30 ml 3 times a day (3 measuring capfuls). For a period of 1 to 6 months or more according to needs.

Start out with 10 ml 3 times a day and if after a week there are no discernible effects, change to 20 ml 2 times and, one week later, 30 ml 3 times: an organism regularly needs to recharge its silicon levels over the course of a week, a month or 6 months or even more, depending on overall health, or to obtain significant results with regard to a given problem.

If you forget to take the daily dose, this is the body showing that it does not need as much silicon and you can therefore go back to the basic dose of 10 ml 3 times a day, or even 2.

10 ml 3 times a day corresponds to 1 litre a month.

30 ml 3 times a day corresponds to 3 litres a month (every 33 days exactly).

A batch of 4 litres corresponds to either a 4-month course or 1.5 months.

Use of the gel:

Apply locally two to six times a day depending on how much is needed, either in isolation or at the same time as the liquid course.
